I was thrilled to be accepted into the Yale Writer’s Conference this year. The last week was filled with exciting writers, new opportunities and wonderful feedback. Thanks to Molly Gaudry for her most excellent guidance in the realm of flash fiction. Exposure to writer’s from all over the country as well as various genres was really illuminating. A highlight was being able to do a short reading from my new work and listening to others. They ran the gamut from poignant pieces to humorous young adult ones. A truly stimulating few days.
